Liberty From Hell #4
Author(s):
Christina Hanson.
The fourth issue (see my review of the first three) of the gay-inclusive series Liberty From Hell sees Phalloide face the test he'd been predicted, in the form of an innocent young woman André has purchased for him, as André discovers that his lover is in fact a demon inhabiting a human body. While sex and maybe even love are still bonding the two men, they're both going to have to reconsider what they're looking for from the other one. Christina Hanson keeps on telling a compelling story, as much thanks to her characterization as to the believable Middle Ages context she's built (and her solid art and narration). I must admit I have a small regret regarding her anachronistic use of words and concepts of 'gay' and 'homosexuality', but that definitely doesn't distract me from enjoying the series, which neatly includes gay themes and characters without treating them differently from the rest of the story.

Maurice Vellekoop's Greek Love prints
Author(s):
Maurice Vellekoop.
Maurice Vellekoop, one of the best illustrators in the world in my opinion, has a series of 6 new prints titled Greek Love, which are sold by The Beguiling. As erotic as his ABC Book. You can see the whole series on my fan-site, as well as other illustrations, and information on his two books.
