Hello,

Welcome
to the sixth Gay Comics List newsletter.
You'll find
three new reviews of short stories this time, as well as the first collection
of the deliciously cruel Gay Republican in Love strips by Dylan Edwards
(alright, he didn't call it that, but I think it suits the strip), and
the second and much-awaited Curbside collection by Robert Kirby.
I've also largely updated my review of Tim Fish's The Cavalcade of
Boys, since he published three new 48-page issues at the same time.
This guy is probably a little bit mad, but the results are always clever
and engaging.
The other
news is the opening of a new section on my site, which presents forgotten
or little-known strips, with the permission of the authors. Two short
strips by Howard Cruse and one by Laurent Jacquinot, a friend of mine,
can now be found here.
I hope to be able to add a few entire comics soon, but that will depend
whether I get the permission or not.
And I've
added a comment system to the Short
Reviews and Site news page, but I'm sure that won't be used a lot
- especially since I don't write there very often.
