Here are the micro-reviews I’ve posted on Bluesky for the period (various news and links have also been posted):
Brighter Than You Think is a collection of short comics written by straight ally Alan Moore and drawn by various artists, between 1986 and 2003.
Two of the stories are queer themed and have very rarely been reprinted.

Kettle Harbour, by @kvccomics.bsky.social. A nuanced graphic novel where a young woman visits her cousin and his husband and their getting together again excavates long-buried events of their youth.
Art and storytelling are a real pleasure.

Passenger, by @jamdye.bsky.social.
A beautiful comic set during the pandemic, which follows a small cast of trans characters as they meet as friends and lovers.
A flowing line and vibrant colors create a heightened reality that suits the introspective mood.

The Lonesome Era, by Jon Allen. A moving and non-melodramatic study of a teenager crushing on his best friend, deeply closeted and pretty much hating his life. The matter-of-fact portrayal and the use of funny animals make it even more engaging.

Fires Above Hyperion, by Patrick Atangan. Short stories about the author's life and loves, with a bittersweet, humorous bent. The most striking one to read today is set during a Los Angeles fire, years ago.
The very pared-down art suits the tone.

The Pride Omnibus, by @joeglass.bsky.social and a host of artists. Mixes superheroics by an all-queer team and real-life problems such as homophobia or self-hatred, with a strong whiff of Claremont's 70s X-Men. Very varied art. Good stuff.

Four-Color Heroes by @richardfairgray.bsky.social. Two teens, one with an abusive dad, the other a very Christian mom. Thanks to comics about a Superman analogue, their unlikely friendship leads to something more.
Drawn with expressive faces and solid storytelling.

Morgan Calabrese The Movie and Run That Sucker At Six!!! are the two collections of N. Leigh Dunlap's strip.
Mixing dry humor with sharp politics, romantic woes and pithy comments on the state of the country, the strip holds up well today.
