Here are the micro-reviews I’ve posted on Bluesky for the period (various news and links have also been posted):
Peep Stoner, by Barrett Stanley.
A 19th-century pretended stone seer is employed by an unpleasant, wealthy landowner to find a mine, but what he finds is a handsome man.
The atmospheric art and the strong work on body language enhance the direct, effective story.

White Trees #1-2, by Chip Zdarsky and @kristaferanka.bsky.social.
An excellent fantasy, where three men, former warriors, get back in the saddle to save their kidnapped children. The story is more complex than it seems.
Two of the men are a couple.

2 for Joy, by Abi Watson.
A young gay man comes back to his hometown after a long absence, believing gathering magpies are leading him to a secret.
Love, murders and small town history collide in a strong story drawn in a highly stylized, engaging style.
